Why we're building this

Flight schools are running 2026 operations on 2009 software. Dispatch boards live on whiteboards. Maintenance tracking lives in spreadsheets. Training records live in binders. Every handoff is a gap — and every gap is a safety or revenue leak.

We've flown the line, stood the desk, signed the squawks, and billed the hours. FlightBase exists because the tools we used as operators weren't good enough, and the alternatives weren't getting better.

What we believe

• One platform beats seven tabs. The schedule, the airplane, the CFI, and the invoice belong in the same system.
• Speed is a safety feature. If dispatch takes five clicks, people cut corners. We design for fifteen seconds.
• Compliance should be the default. Part 61 and Part 141 workflows are built in, not bolted on.
• Founders answer the phone.If you're early, you get direct access to the people writing the code.

Where we are

We're onboarding a small number of schools and clubs ahead of our May 2026 beta. Early partners get founder pricing, direct input on the roadmap, and white-glove migration from whatever system they use today.
